From Twitter:

Just ran some sprints, it feels good to be able to do something with some movement!

Nice. Thanks for the update.

Why the fuck would he run sprints after an injury (I'm assuming he was injured)? What sort of injury did he just come back from?

Broken knee cap. He was injured like 9 months ago, Finally able to condition

Sprints are the worst thing to be doing after that severe of an injury. If he is just starting to condition, he should be swimming or cycling. Sprints are very bad for your body even if you're at peak health.

I wonder who hacked into HCP's account and started posting useful info?

Bad for what parts of your body? Muscles, connective tissue, cartilage, bones?

I kid because I love...and fear for our players health.

Please god, please god, we beg of you, shift the injuries about 820 miles south along I -5. Thanks in advance.

That is a pretty bold statement. One that flies in the face of common sense.

You got anything to back it up?

For the vast majority of human history the ability to run to catch prey and to run to avoid predators was pretty fucking important. We are designed for it.

And you claim that a primary action/motion of the human body is harmful?

I assumed he was just deliberately being a dumb-fuck.

Mission accomplished.

I don't follow basketball. Isn't that evident?

I don't follow golf but I heard he had an issue with some woman and had a bad game at some point here in the past month.

It's sort of universal knowledge to anyone with a TV that one of the Association's "once-a-decade" franchise guys broke his kneecap and was rehabbing last winter hoping to be back by the playoffs (which was wishful thinking, but still shows that he was realy for sprints well before August).

He should have waited until the first actual game to try sprinting and jumping for the first time.
