I went Salmon Fishing. Went out on a Dory out of Pacific City at Cape Kiwanda. Could not have asked for a better day on the ocean.

It was a memorable Fathers Day. My dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer earlier this year. He had all of his kids around him and most of his grand kids. Probably the first time in 5 years. I think it really rejuvenated him

First year as empty nesters. But so glad my daughter is back from college to hang for a bit. Had a quiet day, just the family.Great day.

My wife had to work and most of my family was out of town, so I celebrated my first official fathers day just me and the 11 month old. It was fantastic. Played with hot wheels, went on a walk, napped, and watched the M's complete a sweep of the Rangers. A couple weeks ago we found out we are pregnant with baby #2, also. So next year I'll be the father of two!

Thanksgiving used to be my favorite holiday, but it is definitely now father's day. I hope you all had a great day too!
