maybe I was reading into it. All I can find is that this is the second interview he's withdrawn from, and he amicably declines to comment about afterward. I guess I was making stuff up in my head. But I'll skim some more.

Honestly, I may be from MN but I'm very educated myself and I know a lot of things so I hope you weren't going there. But, like many of us, I haven't read through the CBA or even through entire sections of it. I am just the kind of person that finds reasoning behind everything especially before questioning those that are in professions that require more inside information than we are provided.

I believe they were referring to Chris Hawkey as he is the lead singer of the band, Rocket Club. I highly doubt that he was trolling here or anywhere though. It was probably someone pretending to be him.

I don't want to speak for Mr. Jones but I don't think he was insinuating anything about you. This place is....different...in that there are a decent amount of people here who actually have "sources/pizza guys" and drop knowledge from time to time. We also have people here who have been fans since 1970 and are all up on Blazers and NBA history. We have very little patience for the teenage antics stuff that happens on many boards. Today was representative both of the debate back-and-forth that a lot of smart people with strong opinions have as well as the community knowledge that runs pretty deep. With a group this size, there's a lot of smart people and a lot of different backgrounds.

Stick around...you might like it. We have L*ker fans, Heat fans, LeBron James and K*be Bryant fans come and talk all the time. Denny's a CHI guy and they have a really knowledgeable forum as well. But Blazer fans? We're....special.

naw man , nothing personal. I have hung around here for years. These guys are smart as hell, I am no dummy, but at times they really make me work to keep up. If challanged they will go to great lengths to prove a point. If proven wrong, they will concede. Its all good, we all learn.
