I think so too. It's unfortunate that it's going to start off on the wrong foot because of his history.

Why would an experienced existing coach want to come to PTLD if the GM just through Terry under the bus?

Stotts incoming?
So, if the top tier available coaches have option and it appears there will numerous options, not sure Id want to go to work for a GM that basically threw Terry under the bus and said it wasn't a roster issue.Because maybe they're a better coach than Terry and feel they wouldn't let the teams defense suck ass as bad?

Not sensitive, high expectations and best opportunity, unlike you.maybe they’re not as sensitive as you?

Quit your whining about coaches and GM's and just enjoy the game. Consider the coach openings and ones that will open after playoffs, many with great tradition and winning culture. Are you crying just to cry? Portland is the best opportunity out of all the available jobs. It’s not often a consistent playoff team with a legit superstar has a job opening. The blazers also have a great culture, to the point that their underperforming head coach was able to keep his job longer than he deserved.

it's between us and boston for most desirable opening. But dame is the most coachable superstar in the league. Are you crying just to cry? the only worries here are how committed dame is long term and any potential instability in ownership.
I want the Blazers to hire a coach who can work magic with Dame to help bring in a second star who is a good fit.
Haha. It appears that a magic touch is required to recruit players to Portland. Dame performs all kinds of magic on a regular basis. If Dame combined with a particular coach can coax a player of need to Portland, that's the coach, and magic, I'm looking for.huh? "work magic with Dame"...?
are they going to wave wands at each other and say 'abracadabra presto chango'
I'll have to try that with my E-150 van and turn it into a Tesla Roadster

I wouldn't go all the way there.View attachment 39006
what a fucking joke. "league sources" is the new catch word for "I'm guessing"
I wouldn't go all the way there.
Likely based on speculation from sources outside orgs though

As for your Tesla, I tried that once. All I got out of it was a used Ramblerghini.
