Why would you think that? NBATV hasn't blacked out any Blazer games even if Comcast is broadcasting them as far as I know. They have been on every time.

They were blacked out on NBATV on Comcast here in Seattle. I was pissed because NBATV has a MUCH better picture than Comcast SportsNet.

I voted for the Blazers even though (a) there's no way we win this voting, and (b) I'm gonna be seeing the Killers/Death Cab/Shiny Toy Guns that night and will have to record the game wherever it is

I bought NBA league pass broadband, and it blacks out all NBA TV games, so for selfish reasons I voted for the Laker game instead..
