OT I Fell Down Yesterday

I'm thinking that someday I'm gonna break bones. I did so much fitness exercise up until my early 50s that I made my bones very very strong. Someday, their gonna weaken and then I'll be sorry.
I've told my primary care provider about all my falls and near falls except this one and I'll tell my dialysis nurses tomorrow at my next appointment.
I'm a fan!

You might consider getting the new Apple Watch. Has sensors for all aspects of health, but most importantly it knows when you have fallen and calls 911 for you, or contacts your emergency contact immediately.
 
I saw the doctor yesterday. No swelling and no blood infiltration so I should heal. The two ankles are already normal as well as the right knee. the left knee still hurts but it definitely feels better.
Doc said that my weight lifting in my earlier years strengthened my bones and that will help but don't rely on it forever.
I think I'll live and we can put this thread to bed.
