Ahhhh

The fair weather fan syndrome....
Good to know

I watch every game I can. Why? Because I'm a fan. Whether they win or lose. Whether they are good or bad.

People who turned their tv's off this year should be blacked out from next season.

gotta take the bad with good in life. and with your favorite team...
Sames!

Cool, you get a medal! Oh wait, no you don't.

No can do. Less than 10 days left in the regular season:

BNM
Yep. Had to do it before last Game and right after the 3rd game he was out. It also looks like Crabbe gets that bonus for 3 point shooting so they would be over on the LT.

I don't think anybody did
I figured solid C given playing time along the lines of Rolo with better offensive skills, he has shown so much more. Given his well rounded skill set he's just one of those guys that makes everyone around him better and he's a really good pairing with Dame and CJ, lots of synergy here

are there better offensive C's? yeah, but he's already good and just 22 and will improve a lot
are there better defensive C's? yes, but he's already solid at 22 and a solid rim protecter
are there better passing C's? a few but given he's 22 and what we've seen, he'll be one of the best
are there better screeners? Hmmm, maybe buy he's gotta be top 3 or 4 already

how many are good at so many things as opposed to one dimensional?

I know we noticed that Nurkic made the game easier for Vonleh and Harkless. This quantifies that. Vonleh increased the percent of his made shots that were dunks from 23% to 47%, more than a double. Harkless went from 18% to 31%. Aminu also benefited, going from 11% to 17%. Even Turner, who does very little dunking, went from 2% to 8%, a fourfold increase, although on very limited attempts, .13 dunks per game.

Heard on the radio this morning that this lineup has zero minutes together:

Dame
CJ
Turner
Vonleh
Nurkic

Given the Nurk effect, I would sure be looking for another center with decent post skills, who runs the PnR well. Maybe a younger Euro with an equivalent skill set.

When Nurk is out we really could use someone with at least 50% of his game entering. It wouldn't have to be an all-star, but someone who can catch off the PnR and has at least two post moves.

Turner is garbage

Your opinion.

I think with the right players, he will fit perfectly as an off the bench ball handler. Just wish it was for about $8 mill less. But just because he accepted a contract way above his skill, doesn't mean he is garbage.

The issue is Crabbe and Turners contracts. Both fit a need for the Blazewrs, but are being paid too much for that need. One needs to go to find a replacement on half the contract size. then we need to get rid of Ezeli and Leonard. Trade Davis for a better backup Center. I don't care if we get equal to slightly less talent for either Turner or Crabbe,Leonard and Ezeli. It will free up cap space to resign Nurk and then maybe we can hit the jackpot with one of our three first rounders.

You then assess the picks and the team changes in the first half of the season. You then offer Indiana a trade package prior to the deadline that does not include Dame/CJ/Nurk, and you make sure that if Paul accepts, it includes a re-signing. Then we are contenders two years from now for a good 3-5 years all the while the rest of the West Powers are declining.

Bogut doesnt seem to be working out in Cleveland. maybe we can get him on the cheap. Or maybe a trade for Crabbe, as Cleveland wants more shooters.

Turner is garbage in an offense that relies on 3 point shooting and spacing.
