Btw why aren’t we trading Ant to Orlando, sure they have guards, but none that can shoot like him.

I'd do it just to get Claxton. Anything we got out of Simmons would be a bonus.People are going to absolutely HATE this idea...
But Nurk + Ant for Ben Simmons and Claxton straight up works $ wise...
Can you convince Dame that Simmons is salvageable into at least a Draymond like role player?
You guys know there are two Ant threads now right?
I sure as hell rather get Zach back, than Meyers. Zach's game is really developing .Throwing shit at the wall but do to our lack of length do we have any interest in Zach Collins? Can’t SA absorb a financially unbalanced trade? Zach/Future 1 for Ant?
I don't think there's any motivation for Simmons not to try to redeem his reputation.

I think they want to play him with Wemby intially. Vic as PF, Zach as C.at C, not PF

getting a former lottery pick while opening up a runway for MobleyI'm not really sure what Cleveland's motivation is... but just at first glance it doesn't feel like that's enough going out to them.
Idk, to me, it looks like Cavs would get fleeced.getting a former lottery pick while opening up a runway for Mobley
they'd have to move Sochan to the bench. He was their starting PF last season
Pop saw right away that Zach was a C. That's where he played him. Pop also doesn't seem to load up guys with 36 minutes/game. And Wemby may be in the 25-30 minute range so there will be minutes for Zach. Pop might try the twin towers a little, but from what I saw of the Spurs last season, Zach still has the same problem he had in Portland and that's getting beat off the dribble on the perimeter, then committing fouls in recovery
the only time that Zach functioned well at PF was some of the times when he played with Ed Davis as a rookie
