I wouldn't trade LaMarcus for both of the top two picks in this, or any other draft.
WOW, that is among the worst homer offenses ever. Lets see going back 30 to 10 years ago.
I would trade LA for Olajawon every second of everyday do not even need Bowie at #2.
Patrick Ewing again not even a hesitation especially with Wayman Tisdale included
Brad Daughterty and Len Bias yes please
David Robinson and Armen Gilliam seriously is this even a ? anymore
Danny Manning and Rik Smits no question
Was the first year I would decline and had Pervis Ellison stayed healthy that could have changed
Derrick Coleman and Gary Payton all day
Grandmama Larry Johnson and Kenny Anderson this is closer but still would make the deal
Shaq and Alonzo Morning Easy for either let alone both
Chris Webber and Shawn Bradley easy
Glenn Robinson and Jason Kidd again come on
Joe Smith and Antonio McDyess I will decline based on McDyess injury history
Allen Iverson and Marcus Camby yes please
Tim Duncan and Keith Van Horn no need to ask
Michael Olowokandi and Mike Bibby I will decline
Steve Francis and Elton Brand yep
Kenyon Martin and Stromile Swift this one is a decline
Kwame Brown and Tyson Chandler decline
Yao Ming and Jay Williams yep
Lebron James and Darko easy
Dwight Howard and Emeka Okafor yep
Only 5 years I declined and that was typically because of an injury or one of the picks being a bust. 2001 swap Kwame with Pau and its a sure thing trade. 2000 one of the worst drafts ever swap Swift for Mike Miller and we got a deal. 1998 Swap Olowokandi with Pierce, Nowitzki or Carter and we got an easy deal. 1995 swap Joe Smith for Garnett or Sheed and we got a deal. 1989 swap Ferry for Tim Hardaway, Glen Rice or Shawn Kemp and we got a deal.
Give me the two best players out of any draft class and they are worth trading a 29 year old LA for. Even factoring injuries and mistakes trading LA was worth it 75% of the time.
