I listened to the whole quick interview and I didn't hear him say anything about 20 mil.. Or a number at all unless I completely missed it
You missed it, Quick said $20mill.

Offer sheet? Isnt he unrestricted because golden state had to renounce him to carve space for durant?Quick mentioned that he's gonna go thru a physical and get a medical eval.
Prolly dinner tonight, physical and offer sheet tomorrow. Wonder if Dame is going.
that would be stupid. tell him he signs for $9 million with an escalation next year with the bigger cap. (if that's possible)According to Quick Festus is looking to get paid $20mill a year.
Blazers will dump Harkless to sign him if he passes his physical.
That only played 14mins a game and has surgically repaired knees.

Should've had low hopes, then you'd be happy!Such high hopes for this organization this off season and they've whiffed badly.
I'll bet you a beer that the amount will be far closer to $18 then $13.
Relax on the knee freak out.
"The backup center said he banged knees with a teammate during the game against San Antonio on Jan. 25. It was feared that there was cartilage damage, but the exploratory surgery revealed only the need to clear out some debris."

if we get him at a "reasonable" contract then it's pretty decent signing IMO, this team has to take some chancesSuch high hopes for this organization this off season and they've whiffed badly.
How? We havent signed anyone yet and he is a young good defensive center. Likely the best left on the market
It screams smart use of resources to do our due diligence to me since at this point dude wants to play for us and fits a need.
There is a real question as to how much we would need Davis if we signed Ezeli. Plumlee, Vonleh, Leonard aand Aminu and Harkless able to play PF.He shouldn't get $20M. $15M max... I'd rather trade Davis for a 1st Round Pick than dump Harkless. Harkless has more potential than Davis and we'd get a first round pick out of it.
He played 17 minutes a game last year and that's only 3 less than Davis. So...That only played 14mins a game and has surgically repaired knees.
Apparently so can Meyers and he learned from Joel FreelandCliff can dislocate his shoulder at will like Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon.

I see he did save the most points per 36 of anyone in the league; and it wasn't even close.
The fans panicking about every move is where the only real panic is. You real think that them going after Ezeli after 4 days of nothing is them "panicking"??? They like him. He's young. They need a defensive center that can finish around the rim. He fits the bill. He does have injury issues but that's probably the reason we might be able to get him. Not everything is a panic move.
OMG -- some of you are not happy with anything -- it's kind of sad
I'm with you amigo on those numbers, I gotta believe Neil won't bid against himself and there is not much money or buyers left for C's anymore, I don't mind some significant incentives for minutes playedI'm happy with lots of things, just not a fan of singing this guy to huge money.
If we can get him for $12-13, party! If it's $18-20, fuck me.
Ezeli is rumored to want $20M. Doesn't mean that's what he'll get paid. I want $20M as well, doesn't mean the Blazer are just gonna hand me it! Cmon now... You guys are being so insanely unreasonable.Throwing a ridiculous $20M per year and dropping Harkless out of fear that we won't be able to compete for a title this upcoming season if we don't is a panic move. Dude isn't worth it and won't make that huge of a difference. If we want to offer him a reasonable contract then sure, I'm on board with giving him a shot. If he wants ridiculous money then I'm happy standing pat and seeing what we can afford next off season or in imbalanced trades.
