Oh, she (and the rest of her group) know exactly what they're doing.

Let me rephrase that. She's too god damn stupid to know the meaning of whatever she's being spoon fed to say, but the people who are spinning things know exactly what they're doing and what people will interpret as. It's not even a dog whistle, it's clear as day.

Just that absolute morons fall for it and claim they're more patriotic for believing it and she's great because she "tells it like it is".

Most sports require a physical... I had to let doctors poke and prod my privates multiple times throughout HS athletics...

I would assume a physical from a licensed physician would suffice, would it not?
 
I don't know about you but I have never known a girl getting her vagina examined to play high school basketball. And they specify school authority.
 
Boys in school sports get checked for hernias...the doc cups your testicles and says.."cough" .....you get that a lot in sports and the military when you grow up with testicles. Never heard of women getting genitals inspected though...
 
The Ohio law says anyone can request a genital check.
 
I'd guess they're checking for balls.

Shitty law, for sure. She should be able to prove herself via physical or medical examination and have proof of that registered with her school or team. And carry proof with her insurance card in case the tournament asks.

Very tall kids have to do this with their birth certificate as well, because people think they are playing down.

Unfortunately people in sports dothis (play down) all the time, so it makes people suspicious.
 
I love laws that fight made up scenarios.

Perfectly. I'd think, though, that it would be obvious if said athletes had balls or a vagina pre-check.

I grew up in a church that was very welcoming and open to everyone. Using your Christianity to defend this is a pathetic way to validate your hate.

what are you talking about?....you asked a question , not about someone else....I don't care who Christian Walker identifies as....nor care to judge humans over their sexual identities.....context is important....you quoted yourself and asked a question...I answered it...I never read your cut and paste articles so if you reference that, that's not what I'm responding to the simple question you posed...and it was your question, not some person I don't know. I realize it's difficult for you to independently discuss topics without cutting and pasting your news clippings but try for a change.
 
I would say that Herschel Walker's admitted domestic violence wasn't limited to the women in his family.

Walker successfully "beat the gay" out of his son but couldn't stop his son's true feelings.
