Well, she probably didn't have to worry about Mrs ABM thinking she was standing up when she was peeing, because in space no one hears you when you pee.

I was at bar watching the women's world cup game (US vs Japan I think), and went into the men's room. It was packed, did my business, and out from one of the stalls came out a woman (quite easy on the eyes).

This references the (frankly brilliant) maneuver writer Dan O'Bannon made in his screenplay for Alien of never giving any of the characters a gender, instead letting Ridley Scott choose when he cast the movie.
