The absurd thing is that the right also believe in freedom, unless it is freedom to be different from their approved doctorine. Absurd.

Quit picking on them! Haven't they been through enough already?! Won't somebody think of the elder white males???They are big on "equality/rights/freedoms/socialism for me, but not for thee".
Yes, He is. I am a believer in Christ and like to think I have a relationship with Him. I am also flawed, but I try and love everyone, regardless of their hatred towards some people.
I am not a big fan of judgmental people
Get over yourselves and love people like Christ says
The cherry picking of what in the Bible to observe and not to observe by so called devout Christians is ridiculous

Here is the argument though. Are you born gay, or do you choose to be gay. I believe born gay, but that’s the argumentI'm not a fan of judgmental people, who are judgmental of things people can't control. What do I mean by that? Simple, I don't like people who are judgmental/judging of someone's color, sexual preference, how they identify, etc.
Someone can't change that they're gay, they can, however, change that they're a bigot or a racist.
Mog. You're a mog. Half mod, half dog. You're your own best friend! As a dog, I can judge all of you!

We agreeThere is no argument.
Unless you think you chose to be straight. That at some point you weighed the relative merits if being gay, straight, bi, asexual or some other variant and made a conscious choice to be straight.

So she was born bi. Got it.My sister was born straight. Then chose to be gay. Now she's straight. I think someone in here is married to a former lesbian.
Who's to judge, though? Y'all seem to think I'm judgemental. I'm not.

So at what age did you chose to be straight?
Your response doesn't associate with my comment.

Your response shows even you know that you've made a weak argument.
Or is she just confused on what she truly wantsMy sister was born straight. Then chose to be gay. Now she's straight. I think someone in here is married to a former lesbian.

Or is she just confused on what she truly wants
Or is she gay and chooses not to live that way because of the way she is treated
Or is she bi
Or does she just want to be loved
Or is she just confused on what she truly wants

If she is saying she chose that then she was likely born bi.The inference is that there were choices involved, She had not the capacity to make choices when she was born, but identified as straight from a young age. Her choice to become a lesbian happened in her 20's. She was a lesbian for 13 years, then chose to be straight. Has been ever since. She's now in her 70's.
The stakes for one side in this, are people just trying to live. They are just trying to be who they are and being told that is not ok and having laws made against them. The trans community is literally fighting for their lives.
Its like if a large group of people suddenly said it wasn't ok for me or you to be straight white males and made laws against it. It's far more complex than that, but the point is made.
On the other side is people trying to win. Whether because of willful ignorance or hate, trying to stop a group of people from being able to be who they are and live their lives accordingly.
Maybe hate is not the answer to hate. There are better ways to combat it. But, I can understand the cause for anger.
Hate + hate does not equal anything positive
If only there were a way to love all people and not project hate on someone because they think different than someone else. There was a guy in the Bible like that, that so called Christians claim to love and try to be like. There would be no need for an arbitratorAgreed. Who'll step up and be the arbiter, though?
