When civil war comes to there, and it is coming, we're going to be on the side of the women loving royals.

I don't know why the Saudis escaped the ban, except that we do not have refugees coming from there. I don't think that makes them "the good guys" just not an immediate problem.
Of course this is just speculation on my part, but I would further speculate, congress would not support the US backing the Royals in a civil war.

I am pleased you think it is cute. But on the other matters, and it is just a guess, but immigrants and refugees are not the same thing, so I hear. The story is, they can't vet the refugees. If it were up to me we would not permit immigration, until we knew how many people(total population) the US can support long term. I don't think that number is 600 million and we are on track to reach that number
way before the end of this century.
