On one hand, slow drivers camping in the fast lane annoy me. Most states have laws that say slow traffic should pull over to the right.

On the other hand, I hate dumb-shit drivers like that guy. Dude make your point known that you want to pass and instead of acting like a baby just pass on the right when you can safely and move along.

Most people are so clueless when they drive, paying attention to everything else BUT driving.

For her to have been filming this, there was most likely something crazy going on ahead of time.

By the way, in the cnn reporting, the woman said she was just in the left because she was about to turn left. Also, speed limit on the road was 50, and she is near 60. The guy who was later caught fled the scene, meaning he was also most likely drunk or high on something that he wanted out of his system before the police dealt with him.
