A few days later, with some time to reflect, PapaG has convinced me. It was a threat.

I will testify to that effect in court, too.

This is a night of great disillusionment. We are a failed experiment. We conceived this society in service to the highest-minded ideals, but we've descended into petty thuggery, where armed moderators stalk innocent posters and it only elicits amusement from onlookers. We used to be a great and noble people.

I don't think that there are any legal ramifications for saying that you're going to kill someone on an online forum. It might be against a forum's terms of service, but that doesn't make it illegal (either criminally or civilly).

Not that NateBishop said that, but even if he had I doubt there's anything that anyone would do.

It was all just PapaG being a drama queen and playing the victim again.

I guess to each their own, but good Lord!!! Have some balls!!! I have been threatened SO many times online lol never once even CONSIDERED even being SCARED!!! Let alone actually calling my lawyer.

I don't know lol I guess some men have bigger balls then others.

And don't get me wrong. I have had my ass handed to me in my day. I am not trying to say I am the G in Papas name (lol) or some kind of tough guy myself... but I for sure wouldn't call my lawyer and do what Papa did!!!!!!!

But bringing up my 2 year old who got beat up a couple of months ago is pretty lame of you. But then again, what do you expect from a dude who calls his lawyer about a 19 year old kids avatar lol

I just think it is funny how anytime I get in a (friendly) little battle with posters, they bring up my situation with my 2 year old son who got beat up, nearly to death. Think of some better stuff guys? Bringing up my son is pretty soft and classless.

That said, sorry for the kid shot. As you know, I reached out to you when he ended up in the hospital, and having you pile on and mock me for what I considered a borderline threat disappointed me.
