So Ive been looking for some electronics stuff and I found this website on google search. It had the lowest price on the top tier brand TV I wanted by about 40%!!! The name of the site is misspelled but that could be that they just wanted a name that would get a lot of traffic. :dunno:

It just seems too good to be true but at the same time I dont want to miss the boat if all is legitimate.

Any opinions? Any sites or other ways I can go to check them out?

http://www.silmyard.com/

edit: on the page it says "Electronic Shoping" one "p"...thats what I meant about the misspell of website...but I see asian text on top so maybe it was just a honest mistake.

PLEASE HELP!!!

* Is there a warranty on all your products? Specifically something like the MacBook 2.1GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - White? Also, in the event that my laptop gets broken what would this warranty fix it. Finally, I have to ask, why are your products so cheap? Thank you, ~Gilley (Oregon)

yes,of course, all our products have the warranty.there are 3 years for the MacBook 2.1GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - White,if your laptop gets broken, you can send it to us or to designated place.we buy the product from the factory directly, and there are so many laborers in china,so the cost is low.

The are so many laborers in China, so the prices must be this low! Personally, I wouldn't touch that site unless i was buying something under $20.

Just stick to woot.com and slickdeals.net for your good buys.

try $1400 rather than $2300 everywhere else.....agh, Im so confused!!!

This deal is so good Im not posting it on slickdeals

I'm not telling you too, just saying I would stick to those instead of going through some shady retailer. IF you really want good deals on T.V's you should get one on black friday

myth...thats just when the deals tend to start

I got mine like 3 years ago, and the prices are still around the same as when I got mine. So I beg to differ, you just have to find who has the best deal. Fry's electronics kicks ass in Wilsonville.

You just proved my point..The drop starts on BF but stay that same lower price after BF

If it's too good to be true, then it isn't worth it. I researched high-end SLR cameras a year ago, and found a site that sold cameras for half the price of what they should be. Through more research, it turns out they sell poorly-made knock-off products that look like what they should be.
Not worth it IMO, especially for that kind of money. And if they have a bunch of mispellings, that should be a clue.

Not every deal is like Gasol for cap space..

meh, whatever...

I just really wish I could be sure this website isnt a scam or not. Isnt there any sites that can do checks on other sites?

Not every deal is like Gasol for cap space..

But that wasnt a good deal, just fair....lol, right or wrong Drink your Milkshake was a moron

Buy it. The economy, in part, thrives off of suckers who buy faulty goods.

Im not buying your day laborer skills

If you are posting threads asking questions about websites offering low prices who can't correctly spell the manufacturer's name, I'm pretty sure you aren't in a position to hire the "day laborer skills" of any living human being. ;)

if you are unsure whether it's a scam or not and can't find any information on it either way, i would probably not give them $1400.

Thank you guys...honestly

I can sleep easy knowing I didnt miss out on a deal, rather a scam.

So grateful

I went to the new website, and filled out an order. It actually lets you choose Pay Pal as payment, and gives you an e-mail address to send pay pal payment to. I guess you can call paypal and verify their idenity before you send any payment. jeff

hmmm...well Im not buying anything but Im gonna watch this thread you linked me to...thanks again
