I'm not looking for any money. I'm looking to protect my family over assumed threats on this board from Nate Bishop.

No civil court at all. That's why I said the police need to get involved.

The only thing "threatening" about the post in your signature is the fact that I'm curious to see if you are truly this pathetic in person. That's not a threat. That's a fact-finding-mission. Think of me as the UN. I'm a peace-keeping organization looking for WMD's.

If your a lawyer, do you actually think there is enough evidence to build a case against him for harassment?

A picture with an airsoft gun and him saying "Hi PapaG"?

Sounds pretty pathetic, but if you really feel like your living your life in danger and want to waste your time and law enforcements time, going through the motions with something that is pointless, cool beans. More power to you.

In the photo it appears real due to the tiny pic. It comes across like a threat, and not a real smart one either. Your continued bemusement at PapaG's expense rather than an apology and removal of the picture shows your immaturity, which tends to make the threat seem more serious than maybe it is.

Either way it's incredibly childish, and dangerous, to continue it.

Next time you threaten someone online, however comical you might think it is, keep in mind you don't know the person you're threatening or how they may react. You might get yourself killed in perceived self-defense. :tsktsk:

He has demonstrated (or at least claimed) a willingness to report posters to local law enforcement before.

It's sort of sad that anyone would think that local law enforcement would have the time or energy to deal with hypothetical discussions about wiping out all Christians or a long-term member of this community whose name is part of his username tracking him down and shooting him.

But maybe they do. I dunno.

And do you REALLY think that I took issue that you were offended?

Or was it that you were threatening/claiming to waste real-life taxpayer money and resources on the thread? Or that you were using the threat of same to attempt to chill discussion?

It was ridiculous and childish and irresponsible. Much more than the original poster's point, which was outlandish but purely academic.

Why do you tend to blow things on an internet message board out of proportion and cause unneccesary drama and then expect the other person to want to drink with you?

I'm sure thats on everyone's priority list. Drinking alcohol and discussing past arguments on a message board with someone who obviously suffers from a bit of paranoia.
