they value pietrus pretty high i think..blake + second rounder for 1st rounderNo, but I'd be willing to give them Steve Blake, who fits their "everyone but Dwight stand outside and launch 3-pointers" game plan.
Blake for Pietrus straight up works, or
Blake and Webster/Outlaw for Turkoglu
I was just looking for a way the Blazers could take advantage - Orlando now needs a PG, the Blazers have one too many. Honestly, Orlando doesn't really have anything that desirable.
I like Pietrus for his defense, but we are pretty stacked on the wing.
Is Arroyo still in the league? His only claim to fame was beating the U.S. that one year, but has pretty much sucked with whoever team he's been with.
They're saying on ESPN that if he gets surgery to fix his torn labrum he'll likely be out for the rest of the year. Tough break for him and Orlando, for as well as they're doing. I bet they wish they still had Carlos Arroyo.
I thought only women had labrums, I must have slept through sex ed.
Howard wouldn't accept a backup role. We'd have too many centers then.![]()
I disagree. KG is the best player for us, easily. He deserves it. The other 3 are all equal contributors this year, but Pierce is the go to guy in close games and is usually the biggest reason why we win them down the stretch.Rondo and Ray Allen should be representing Boston in the All-Star game, rather than KG and Pierce. Their guards have probably been their most valuable players this year.

Come on now, we're not stupid.
