Jan 2nd vs New Orleans Hornets
Gametime 7 pm Pacific Time
CSN

The last time these two teams met it was in Portland on November 28th. NBATV has a recap of the game here, and there are highlights of the game as well. Someone should tell the announcer the Hornets have moved to New Orleans, because he refers to them as the Charlotte Hornets. The Blazers won the Rose Garden rematch with the Hornets 101-86, after having lost previously to them in New Orleans 82-87 on November 14th.

Both teams will be coming off victories and be rested after having a few days off. The Blazers, as everyone know beat Boston Tuesday night and the following day New Orleans beat the injury depleted Washington Wizards. Speaking of injuries our guys are a little banged up. No word yet on whether or not Brandon Roy will play in this game. His status is listed as day to day. And the Vanilla Gorilla broke a bone in his hand during the Celtic game. The injury is painful and is expected to take six to eight weeks to heal properly. The Blazers are saying Joel will wrap the wrist and try to play. His status is questionable.

Oh man, Greg's beard is just...something. It's so hard to believe that it looks like something someone would pencil in with a Sharpie.
