I get it. I mean i understand the emotion and rage that would be inevitable.
But i grew up as a minority in my own neighborhood until highschool, even being a white male, so its not as if im completely ignorant of all this.
Ive out my life at risk in more than one occasion standing up for what i think is right in certain situations. Ive.. i don't need to go into details but suffice it to say i have laid my life on the line to help more than one person in danger due to bigotry or sexism.

but the reason why is but into the sticks and stones because humans spent centuries breaking free from communist/dictatorship rule that suppressed or muted the voice of the opposition.
Freedom of speech is at the foundation of humanity. The moment we start telling people what they can and cant say, we have lost our freedom and it will domino effect to all other freedoms.
take away the voice and then there is no way for humans to protest unjust acts.

what twitter is doing right now is setting a president for a new wave of censorship we spent centuries fighting and giving our lives for, as humans of all race and color to be free to think, feel and say what we please.

I dont disagree that its disgusting, evil and just plain idiotic how the Trump has used social media as his personal pied piper piccolo.
But the moment we shit that down we pace a path for others to also be shut down.

Now i also know the internet is still figuring out its legalities and limits, but this is freedom to the core we are talking about.

And unfortunately it cant stop with racist or bigoted comments as disgusting as they may be.
the moment they are forcibly muted it will turn much worse because now they have open it up to also have it happen back to them if the other side regains power. Its a sign of the beginning of the end in my opinion.
If the freedoms of america are taken over by a communist style of censorship, we are done for. We will become the next nazi germany.

People need to learn what “free speech” means. Seriously.

Not ALL speech is protected. You do NOT get to say whatever the fuck you want (or tweet). You don’t get to incite violence. You don’t get to make threats do you? No. And free speech is not protected when using private companies or individuals business etc. Words that cause lawlessness are not protected. I do not get to walk into an airport terminal and yell I have a bomb. And so on. You do not get to go on Twitters site (a private company not a govt site) and threaten and incite violence and so on. I can’t go tell someone I am going to rape them. Do I? I’m so sick of “MY FREEDOM!!” Learn the laws Trumpers and get back to us.

You just choose to only pay attention when there is something up. Like you and a few of your little clique friends so often do. But guess what? As hard as it is to believe, there are other cool people here too.

so maybe if you and your few followers who only engage or come at me when you want to disagree with something would leave me the f alone it wouldn't come to this every six months?
I tried many times to move on and just be light hearted with you and you refused with your immature stubbornness. So i have no clue why you are asking me anything really? Im not here for you. You don't get to say whatever you want on social media. They are platforms owned by private companies. They dictate the rules on there. They don't recognize hate speech as free speech.

He clearly has dirt on Linds. Listen to his voice, he was about to cry on the air. He's like an abused wife who hasn't gotten out of the relationship yet, and under threat of violence will say that her husband isn't beating her, etc.

As I said, the stunt on tv pandering for Biden to call off the dogs won't matter. Retrumplicans will remember his speech at the Capitol and his betrayal of Trump. He is traitor to them and always will be.

I agree but it has to be dealt with legally. Not independent muting.
Slander is illegal. So is liable. But we are still free to commit those acts and then be punish for them.

What im talking about is limiting the ability to do so in the first place creates a real deep state of mystery, deception and corruption of the likes that would make our current system seem like heaven.

And he committed the acts and was punished for it. He had the free will to incite violence and use hateful speech. Then twitter, Facebook, etc had the free will to lock his ass out.

He’s been on Twitter for years saying whatever he wants. They let him stay WAY too long. He finally went too far. You know, encouraging and inciting violence and getting people killed.

and ill add because ive alwyas had very few friends who are blazers fans or sports fans in general. And honestly your doubling down on being an ass to me from the moment i got here has made that very hard.
You my reactions might not be the best but you made a point to just push the button over and over for a long time, when you could have just accepted that maybe our sense of humor differs instead of giving me a hard time because i didnt get yours.

But with that said im a glutton for punishment i suppose because im a blazer fanatic and this is the only place to go to talk hoops.

I just need to have more discipline to only talk hoops though because this just doesn't work.

I really believe, not all bit more than enough posters here are wayyy too judgmental and basically just try to find a fault in the next poster.

but like i told you from the get go when you pounded your chest and told me i better watch it because your a “big deal around here”...

im not going anywhere and ill continue to fight the good fight.
