Yeah, I just read a footnote at ESPN that said back spasms, not believed to be serious. That's a relief, because he's a huge part of why this team is looking good right now.

Even I've had to do a double take a couple of times, and I pretty much have VC's form emblazoned in my memory, LOL. Their complexions are almost identical, both bald, same height, wear almost the same accessories (those funky shin/calf pad things). Hayes is slightly stockier, it seems to me, but otherwise very similar in build. And he's shooting like Vince too!

I used to tell them apart by their play. I'm happy to say that Hayes is doing well enough so I can't do that as often anymore.

As per the injury, he clearl;y got the back spasms from lan ding awkwardly and tweaking his back.
Hopefully the injury that caused the spasms is not severe, those lower back injuries can be nasty in the NBA.

Lmao, they do look very similar. And as Mark Jackson used to say (albiet about Lammond Murray wtf?!!?!?!), Jarvis Hayes is beginning to look like a "poor man's Vince Carter." Love what he brings to the team. People also forget that this guy is only, what, 26 or 27? He looks much older than he is. Upside?!!?! lol
