I agree about Jordan Kent, though. He and Hurd already seem to have a nice bit of chemistry together. He talks a little less about obvious/boring stuff ("Lillard inbounds the ball to CJ who brings it across the half court..."), which gives Hurd a little more space to work with.
I also always had a vague sense that Calabaro kind of looked down on Hurd a little. Couldn't put my finger on it, but I just had a general sense he had that "old guy" attitude. (I have it myself!) Just kind of a sense he was above it all because of his experience. There seems to be more of a co-equal dynamic now.
I also get the sense that Kent is just more of a fan of the team, as opposed to a skilled announcer who is hired to work for a team. I like that, as long as it doesn't slide too far into homerism.
