Some of you need to chill out, nobody should be targeting anyone. It's a debate, and people have different opinions. No need to call anyone "fools" or "looney tune".
Anyway, IMO Boone is the perfect center for this team right now: he's a very good rebounder, he has a big body but is still athletic enough to play with VC, Harris and RJ in a fast break offense (when needed) and he can give us 8-12 points per game. His defense is ok, remember he's still young and great defense mostly comes with experience. Give him some time, and he can become a 12/11/1.5 guy in a few years. Which are just the numbers any team would want from a role player center.
As for Swift, he needs to play no more than 10-15 mpg. He should be Sean's backup, or if Frank wants a very athletic lineup he can play with him and Sean together. But not only is Boone playing well right now, he also knows the system much better than Swift so there's no need for Swift to play anywhere close to the minutes Boone should play (30 mpg).
