Chief Woo Hoo, yahoo, or wazoo....I didn't know we were playing the tribe, the Braves, or the Redskins or seminoles, gotta be politically correct now....that and the gene thing, too....
All respect to our Native Americans. Can't help but think, those great teams Honor the tribes they represent, not belittle them, with logos or anything else.
The most adamant & pissed off fans in all sports has got to be not the Fla. St Teams, not the D.C. NFL Team, its obviously the Fighting Sioux of North Dakota....by taking away their logos, name, the NCAA literally stripped N.Dakota Alumni, Fans & Supporters of their pride, tradition, identity and awesome looking emblems. Imagine the Black Hawks with a Raven on their Jersey's...
Besides what's the difference really in naming a team if your thick in the land of the Sioux? It's effing HONOR....no different than calling the Denver Team the Rockies IMHO.....
No what the hell does my thread got to do with MLB, could be its 3 effing a.m. & I can't go to sleep....

Never in my life has a Yankee game put me to sleep.
