I always appreciate it when someone works hard at their job and puts in the extra effort to be the best they can be at their chosen profession. Did you get new headlights for your mower?

Was in charged of sound tonight. We had mics on both coaches, Dame and ‘Bron. You guys would be amazed what these guys are saying out there. It’s funny. The NBA sends out a rep to sit next to me to make sure nothing bad makes air. What I can share is, Dame was giving the bench MAD props. Saying they would not even be in the game without them. ‘Bron was giving Dame props on his game.

That's some cool behind the scenes shit. I know you can't share what they say verbatim, but the little glimpses behind the curtain are neat. Thanks.

Ps. The Mrs was in mid season form already. Must have trained hard over the summer.

All Dame has been asking for is a reliable bench. We seem to have one with Curry and Nik allowing Dame and CJ to sit together a lot more on the bench now.

Not surprised Lebron is trying to recruit Dame. He probably knows with new owners coming in it helps the chances of the team rebuilding :(

Edit: Was Lebron giving Dame props during the game or just when they were shaking hands after the game?

During. While on the bench. Post game he gave Dame and C.J. big love.
 
HCP still working hard. I tease him a lot, but The HCP was the first guy here to really greet me. He's a super nice guy, and in fact, when I was going through some tough times, The HCP stepped up and helped my family out.

He came to me and said he had got himself a second job to help pay for medical bill's. He said he was going to be a gay male prostitute. He came to me the next morning and handed me and my family $110.05. I said wow, you got this on one night? He said man, I hope this helps. I said its going to help, but who in the world gave you .05 cents? And The HCP said EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM

That was cool but I had to watch the game on TNT and I only heard Dame once but hold shit load of LeBron.

Ya, this was definitely a ‘Bron show. And to be honest, I used everything Dame said that was airable. LeBron is like a verbal general out there. I have 30 other soundbites from him that didn’t make air. He’s fantastic when it comes to that. Like Pop and Kerr are the best coaches to mic up. Dame talks on the bench all the time, but you’d be surprised not much ON the court.

Meyers was the difference in the game.

In a mere 8 minutes he grabbed 4 rebounds (3 defensive), dished out 4 assists, had 1 steal and 1 turnover.

Was that TMI? Ok, ok....what about the time I was new here and unsure of myself. The HCP was so sweet. He took the time to get to know me, and even invited me to a fan party. I'd never been to anything like that, and asked what they are like. The HCP said you know, a little drinkin, a little fightin, a little fornicatin. I was like wow man, that sounds fun, what time should I be there? And The HCP said it doesn't matter, it's just the two of us.
