So now all that is needed to prove Kavanaugh unfit for the court is for a woman to testify that she had consensual sex with him in college.

I do too, but, it's his fault for hurting them. He knew what skeletons were in his closet, and he decided to go forward with this anyway.

Edit: and he knew perfectly well what the process was like, because his job used to be working to defeat Democratic judicial nominees.

We get it, Kavanaugh didnt invite his nerdy roomate to parties so he tried to get with the Puerto Rican chick and got friendzoned.

So by itself, it means nothing. But it supports all the other evidence that is piling up that Kavanaugh was a dick back then, and that his 'I was a choir boy' act is a lie.

The only question now is when, not whether, this nomination goes away. And does he withdraw, does Trump pull the plug, or does he get voted down?

I'm putting my money on a Wednesday withdrawal.

I guess in your world a last minute, assortment of poorly sourced memories, hearsay, conjecture, with zero witnesses, zero corroboration, zero credibility unsubstantiated allegations....if they were well coordinated enough and aligned under a full moon brought to light at the 11th hour can mold together to form a pipsqueak of an argument that a supreme court nominee that has passed multiple background checks and undergone a confirmation process should withdraw.

Democrats are throwing darts, blindfolded, while wearing a cheap suit and hitting the waitress with the darts.
