An FBI Investigation will take months. Then the senators will want to interview everyone under a rock.

All for nothing. There is nothing to investigate. Its just a delay tactic until the Dems can win back the house so they can better force a pic that is less conservative.

No one has come forth to verify or even come close to corroborate Ford's claims. He has impeccable references, the only ones who claim he is like this are either fucking crazy or scatterbrained and they do so without anyone backing them up whatsoever.

What about the FACT that Ford told her therapist and husband about this years ago? Before anyone knew this Kavanaugh guy and clearly he wasn’t a Supreme Court nominee? Was Ford predicting the future?

That still doesn't produce a corroborating witness or any evidence whatsoever from that time. They can't even state when the party was. Every single person she cites refutes her. Nothing new or groundbreaking came from her testimony whatsoever. They failed to make a case for an FBI Investigation other than "you have to have it just to have it". No smoking gun.

Literally zero character witnesses to stand behind Ford or to stand against Kavanaugh.

How can you find witnesses about a party that does not exist? (besides invent them which the left has clearly done with the other two highly dubious claims)

This literally had nothing to do with it. Republicans had their mind made up in the last year of Obama's term that they were going to steal his nomination.

I respectfully disagree, Why was she not told about a private meeting.
Even in her testimony, which I believe she said her notice was to prevent his nomination and stay anonymous if possible. If there wasn't a leak and the demo would have immediately called for an investigation it could have had a big impact on here behalf. Thats the way it should have been handled, imo, the keeping it till the last minute really was selfish to her and in fact hurt her justice.
Why didn't they take an aggressive approach immediately? What wait 60 days or os. She was let down big time by those who wanted to represent her and they didn't.

Like I said, I wouldn't based on what I heard yesterday pass Kav, but there is responsibility on all sides and errors, imo.

...you have absolutely no idea how long an investigation would take...they would likely have a good idea if there is dirt on Kavanaugh or if Ford was mistaken within a week or so, at least learn enough to determine whether thy need to need to dig deeper. Besides, the GOP held up Garland for 10 freaking months so what's another week or so to be more certain about Kavanaugh. I'm a conservative and I'd like to see a moderate or a conservative on the bench but I'm not sure Kavanaugh is the right way to go.

Kavanaugh is the latter half. Had he just been adamant that he was innocent, and stuck to it, it'd of been a lot more believable. But he belittled, was angry, demonstrative... It made him look more guilty.

He did it. If he didn't, he'd want an FBI investigation to clear his name. But he didn't. All signs point to him doing it, and he's the one who made him even more suspect.

Because they know he is guilty and they know that they won't be able to get him confirmed in time before the midterms when the Dems will slaughter the republicans and take back control. Especially if this confirmation goes through, they are all done.
