The documentary evidence, yes. But just because the name doesn't show up in a 2012 medical record (a therapist's record nonetheless) is not at all surprising. Therapists routinely do not include substantive information of communications. But to say that it is proven to be a lie that she named Kavanaugh before this year is ignoring the evidence that says otherwise.
