Dirty politics is trying to rush through bills without the proper discussions and allowing ALL parties to have ALL the information as well as trying to shove through a nomination that was never on Trumps top 10 list but is known to be of the belief that Kavanaugh doesn't believe a president should be guilty of a crime.
 
So apparently, as evidence, Kavanaugh with submit a weekly calendar he kept as a 17 year old, which he still has.

No I do not think she should be bullied. I think she should be sued for slander and irreparable damages.

She can not prove these damaging allegations, so there must be a price to pay for the thrill.

I suppose if Kavanaugh can prove she had no basis for the allegations, then maybe he'd have a case.

It's looking like, whatever the truth is, this behavior isn't exactly out of character for him.

I think the lack of proof of allegations causing the damage that will be costly. What ever did or did not happen is history.

This is all true but do you expect the Democrats to play fair after the Republicans kicked them in the nuts over Garland? At some point one side has to give some ground but if it's always the demcrats doing so then they would just be suckers.

That also ignores the fact that the republicans denying Garland issue was several orders if magnitude worse than the Democrats pushing an investigation to make sure the candidate is suited for the position. Garland never even got that far.

That's also ingnors the fact that the Democrats actually needed time to look into the accusations themselves before they brought them forward and if they brought them forward to early it would have given the republicans time to gloss over everything and push forward without actually doing anything, like they are trying to do now.

That also ignores the fact they these accusations actually might be true. If they are true then the Democrats should play whatever card they have to make sure he is not confirmed and they should play them as strategically as possible as to not give the republican an opportunity to out politicaly manuever them to get someone of questionable morals on the supreme Court.

That also ignores the fact that if the shoe was on the other foot everyone who is crying over the Democrats actions would be applauding the republican actions, like they did when Garland got blocked for lesser reason.

So really you can go cry me a river if you are upset with the Democrats over political gamesmanship at this point.

What do we need a supreme court for, then? If the rule is "if it happened, it happened" then we don't need to worry about laws anymore.

She did not take it to court where she could prove her case. She simply has made allegations in a venue where they can not be proven, which can only cause damages. The judge will not be found guilty, but he may suffer the penalty anyway. That could be a costly thrill.

Unfortunately ASSuming things you know nothing about can make you look foolish. Why are you so intimidated by an investigation? That's what's suppose to be done when confirming someone, especially when it entails a lifetime position. I remember how much you whined and cried about Obama's birth certificate and kept claiming he wasn't a US citizen. How'd that work out for you? lol

You just don't want Kavanaugh or a Trump preferred nominee confirmed and this is the path to delay until after the midterms.

The accusations are baseless at best. There is no way to prove anything happened. It's a delay tactic to nefariously torpedo Trumps supreme nominee. Its a scumbag move by a scumbag party.

They are weaponizing sexual assault as a political tool. They could care less about actual victims.
