If we did CJ/Collins for Kawhi/Patty, would we have the juice to go after someone like Kevin Love if LeBron leaves Cleveland?

This is where we could try to use our TPE to get some assets (picks) to ship off in another deal. Then package that with Moe and an expiring in Aminu. I don't think Neil has the chops to do all this wheeling/dealing.

You took a fan post saying what the Pacers could do and said that it was something they were trying to do, when there was clearly no indication of that. It's not even a rumor. Kawhis personality would be a fit in Portland. He spends a lot of time here in San Diego (should say something that despite being from LA he spends most of his time in a more laid back SD)and is just a laid back chill person. Not into media. I’m sure he’d like to play in LA just because it’s Home but I’m not sure he’s with all the extra attention that comes with it. What I’m trying to say is if we got him for a year, I believe he could be sold into staying.
