Meaning, if it took a man and woman to conceive the child, then, IMO, that child has (er, should have) the natural "right" to be raised by them, as well.
i'm objecting to your mis-use of the word natural. as i said young of most (all?) other higher mammal species as well as more primitive humans are/were NOT actively raised exclusively by a mother and father. you're talking about something that is a matter of modern human tradition with religious underpinnings, not some intrinsic natural right.
