It cracks me up that Putin is pissed that the same guy who kissed his ass in Helsinki is now kissing the Saudi's ass. He's pretty much saying, that god damn Trump gave us a slap on the wrist for murdering Skirpal and now he's going to let the Saudi's off scott free for murdering Khashoggi. It's just not fair!

I think the quote from Samantha Power sums it all up nicely:

Didn't miss that part. If you let criminals or accused criminals investigated the crimes they are being accused I'm guessing 90% of them are going to say their innocent.

I never have trusted the Saudi's and once we don't have to lean on them for oil we'll be a lot better off.
Every administration has cozied up to them to much because we sell them arms and want their support against other regime's.
Good God The Clinton were in bed with them more so than any administration.
There sure is a lot of hypocrisy going on.

I got to tell ya, I just don't understand how people can get all up in arms about that guys murder, when it didn't even happen here. I know it was a Trump/Clinton joint venture gone sour!
Geez, we have citizens in Chicago getting murdered, gunned down, everyday of the week, and not one movie star, pro athlete or local mayor is up in arms or doing anything about it. If people would get off the political war machine and try and help these people it wold be something we could all be proud off. Its horrible whats happening in Chicago and no one seems to give a shit!
Our priorities and moral compass is going to hell!

I am sort of have it in mind to bring the MarAzul up the Willamette this coming week. Make a several day trip of it. Perhaps one night
at the dock near the St Johns bridge, one at the dock just above the Burnside bridge near the Rose Garden, one anchored near Ross Island , one night perhaps in Milwaukie, before going on up to anchor behind goat island at West Linn. Is that dock at Milwaukie
suitable to tie a 60' boat with a 6'3" draft up for a night?

I don’t think it would handle the size of your boat.
It would be really close as it’s just a short dock for smaller boats. I think you could anchor off shore

The Chicago killing crisis has been happening for some time with various administrations.
To me its starts with the leadership of Chicago as it's their house and local community.
I would never expect the fed to clean up a problem in my house hold or community, it would be addressed by the local leaders and people.

I don't expect Trump to clean up our city Im more for decentralized management that can have better quicker results. I think that why we have local government. They are suppose to govern, right?
