Lillard Had Better Be Careful When Calling a Timeout

BTW, if you guys have noticed, we are one of the few teams (along with prolly SAS and DAL) who call timeouts in the backcourt. We don't do that thing that most teams do where they get the PG to dribble all the way into the front court and call time. Terry just signals it when the ball is taken out of bounds, so it's very unlikely that Beverley will pull this cheap shit on Dame.

^ Was this SERIOUSLY the last time the league warned him about flopping?!? Flippin NOVEMBER?! >.<

Here was my favorite bit of the piece:

Replays indicated that no contact was made by Matthews, who received a personal foul on the play and then a technical foul for arguing the call.

So Harden receives a warning by the League, Matthews gets a foul and a T and the Rockets get three points.

And that, my friends, is why flopping works.

I wonder if Matthews could take Harden to court for his Technical penalty?

Did you see the "penalties" for flopping? Even the sixth violation is pocket change to Harden.

I now realize the whole flopping rule was just window dressing, and I fell for it.

Carry on, NBA. I look forward to watching Premier League Acting over the next two weeks.

Absolutely, and that is the main reason why I have been hoping Portland adjusts and starts doing the same damn thing. It sucks ass but it works in this days NBA.

No, I mean Matthews had to pay a fine for getting a technical right? But Matthews was right, it was a bad foul call against him, thus his arguing with the refs was valid.

I agree about the going low, but Westbrook went low on Lin, Lin's leg wasn't planted so it just got slung instead, Westbrook's injury came from his leg being planted and hence all leverage was through the knee. If his knee wasn't planted, he would have gotten spun around identically to Lin.

No, Westbrook did not start low. he goes from high to low watch the video again without being biased, because I am very un-biased.
Beverly is already bent over before he goes for the steal. Henceforth he went low and Westbrook went high. Not that hard to see in the videos.

like wtf I'm defending Westbrook. wtf is this garbage. -.-

And didn't lillard knock him the fuck out last game? All I remember is Beverly collapsing in a heap like he got his brain flooded with type o negative, dudes got a glass jaw, like his moms fishbowl eye

Nope. It was the same play that Westbrook did only the tap was a LOT lighter... That was a fucking FLOP too....

Seriously? You don't think that shit works? Bill Laimbeer made a living off of being a little bitch, and Detroit made three finals because of him.

I fucking hate those kinds of players, but as long as they and their style of play is rewarded by the NBA, it's smart to find a few of them.

Please don't compare Bitcherly to Bill Laimbeer. Bill was NO flopper and GAVE punishment. He socked the SHIT outta Barkley. We would have LOVED to have him instead of Duckworth. Yes I said it.
