He doesn’t seem upset when he loses, at all. I’ve seen Kobe Bryant more upset in training camp scrimmages than I’ve seen Lillard all season after his team has been getting beat down repeatedly.

Dame has consistently been the laziest person on the floor all year. He isn’t driving often, he’s settling for jumpers and quick threes that don’t help our teams flow. He isn’t playing fast. He isn’t defending with any grit. I don’t know how you cannot see this.

Wait this is good CJ defense... He's at -1.7 DBPM, his stl% is 1.4 and blk% is 1.0. His offense isn't exactly hitting it out of the water either he's at a 1.1 OBPM.
Dame's been bad defensively too, with basically the same stats, but his OBPM is 7.3. Yet the point you're making is Dame's a bum. He's got a positive 5.1 BPM, his assist rate is high at 32%, he's shorter than CJ and also putting up almost identical rebound numbers. I know this isn't a comparison of Dame and CJ thread, but the thing is saying Dame's a bum when almost every metric shows him as a top 10 player, maybe the problem isn't simply Dame's not trying...

I’ve seen Dame doing plenty of driving to the hoop.....where he’s consistently mugged and doesn’t get a call. I’ve seen him double and triple teamed while his teammates stand around with their fingers up their noses. I have seen him make pass after pass to his teammates for what should be easy buckets, only to have them miss one chip shot after another. Have you ever been a leader??? Serious question. Even the best, most dynamic leaders gets tired of carrying the load all by themselves. Even the best leaders get mentally and emotionally tired and worn down. I don’t know how YOU cannot see this. We all want the Blazers to win a championship. Some of us are just more realistic and mature about it.....Blaming Dame is just pure ass stupid.
