Congrats on your first post?
But it was a great night last night.![]()
I've noticed that most of the duck fans I know are blaming the refs. Common practice among these fans (not all fans, just this variety of fans...didn't actually go to UO fans)

Sounds like Blazer fans?

I didn't have a problem with most of the calls, pass interference etc, but the unsportsmanlike conduct call, given the emotions of the situation and the fact that he was just bowing to the crowd and not really showing up the other team, was absolute bullshit. It was the refs determining the outcome of the game to the extreme.
Yes, and these Duck fans also happen to be the same Blazer fans who complain about the refs...all the time
We didn't execute for shit last night but the unsportsmanlike penalty was ridiculous. You do not call that in that situation if you're ref. Not unless it's extremely offensive or over the top.
I remember just last week that some player on mizzou sealed the game on defense and was jumping on South Carolinas sideline talking shit to them, no flag...
Duck-fan tears are delicious! Keep them coming!
Bottom line, the Ducks should have never been in that position to begin with. They were heavily favored to win. A single call shouldn't be a game decider.
nom nom nom nom!
It shouldn't, you're right. these Ducks are a far cry from Chip Kelly's version. They just don't have the same "WTD" identity or mentality. Is Mariota just too cool, I wonder?
Its Helfrich. No intensity, the team has taken his personality. They play slow, relaxed and conservative.
