Can Mann play SF for us? He’s only 26 and in the games I saw he played well.

the modern NBA has gotten faster, more mobile. Everyone who isn't a small PG or Center can now be considered a "Wing". There's small wings, tall wings, hefty wings, lanky wings.Sharpe would be significantly undersized at SF. Will the Blazers ever discard the failed notion they can get away with being undersized on the wing?
He's listed as a SG / Small forward. So I assume he can play small forward. Can Mann play SF for us? He’s only 26 and in the games I saw he played well.

Clippers were still talking to Boston about Brogdon as of two days ago:

That’s like Ben and DA starting at PF/C, but not as good.At 230 lbs and a 6'11 wing span, I wonder if he could be our starting SF. He is a physical defender.
Not sure what you mean. I would love a Ben/DA starting lineup. That’s like Ben and DA starting at PF/C, but not as good.
Given his injuries and age, I’d be happy with 1 unprotected 1st and filler.I think Brogdon deserves at least a 1st considering he just won 6th man last year.
What would we getting from the Rockets? If it’s a young forward, that would be huge.View attachment 57739
I wonder if this is bullshit.
I’ll let you figure this one out. Don’t think it needs to be explained anymore why there would be major concerns of them starting together lol.Not sure what you mean. I would love a Ben/DA starting lineup.
Can't be real, but yeah, I'll take any combination of (nonBrooks/FredVV) Houston players that adds up to $22 mil...View attachment 57739

Played 35 games last year? His he another injury prone big like Naz, & Nurk are?
He's 30. Lots left in the tank. Big, efficient PG.I know. But unless they can flip him for a young forward (and a pick) I would not mind keeping him.

Clips trade is my favorite one. Not high on Gradey but that’s a deal for someone that does like him. Absolutely zero interest in taking on Robinson’s contract.
Also fun:
They aren’t trading Murphy for Brogdon. Quit dreaming.I'd like someone from New Orleans. Especially Trey Murphy.
We don't need CJ back with Brogdon's salary.

Are we able to package a FRP with Brogdon to go after a young SF like Murphy? They aren’t trading Murphy for Brogdon. Quit dreaming.
This is a great example….you just typed, “I heard”I don’t know. I heard he was difficult in Indy. The guy keeps getting traded.

Nobody likes the standard issue PG, SG, SF, PF, C descriptions anymore. Guys like SGA & A.Edwards are messing up who plays what position where. Strong SG's playing PG. Point Forwards are becoming more common too.
Shaedon is a "wing" now. A versatile young baller that can play some point, and "swing up" to Forward. I saw Billups rotations last year with Sharpe playing what was once considered PF. How'd that look? Rookie Shaedon checking big monsters in the paint... let's not go there.
Here's a Brogdon trade idea. What if Brogdon is here to stay and back up both Scoot and Shae at both guard spots and this signifies that Ant will be moved for a forward that makes sense with this roster???
‘Trying to make the playoffs” doesn’t mean making all in moves just to make an 8th seed.Is New Orleans trying to make the playoffs, or tanking?
Who's New Orleans starting Point Guard?
How about Herb Jones or Dyson Daniels?
