From what I gathered, the city was asking the Maloof's and AEG to take on potentially $160 million of potential debt in year 1 if the city could not support the project out of its general fund. If that's true, I no longer feel sorry for KJ, and I question his ability to read a profit/loss statement.

The Kings are scheduled to play at Power Balance Pavilion next season. Stern wouldn't speculate where they would play beyond that, and said if they sought to relocate, approval would be left to the relocation committee that is headed by Oklahoma City owner Clay Bennett.
