Well we do agree he's not worth losing sleep over, it's a start.
Glad to help Master Boater![]()
I will stretch that and make it a complement.I'd like to get in on that action.I would wager all my money that Mueller knows the laws better than you do and as Manafort was found guilty on 8 counts and the other 10 only had one hold out. Are you against prosecuting criminals? It is common to give immunity to the lesser people to get the big fish and in this case, they caught the big fish.
No spin to it. Every charge is beyond the statutes of limitations for the IRS. These charges should have all been handled by the IRS
several years ago. The guy doing the taxes would be in hot water for doing them wrong under normal Due Process. So we get a special prosecutor to go after the tax man, give him immunity so they can bust the guy that knew Trump and hell with the statutes of limitation.
Man! anyone happy with this sort of sham for due process ought to be required to experience it fist hand. Still nothing on Trump though.
That is wrong on many many reasons.
Having someone commit crimes for you does not make you immune from prosecution.
Statute of Limitations only applies to when the furtherance of the criminal act actually stops.
These rocket scientists used the phony tax returns to get loans. That makes the tax returns and the loan both crimes.
Looks at it this way, if you were to rob a bank for $1 million and then gave $50k of it per year for the next 20 years to a guy to buy cocaine then the drug dealing and the original bank robbery would allowed to be prosecuted. Even if the bank robber filed fake tax returns explaining where the $50k per year came from it would still be multiple crimes. It's all part of the same criminal act.
Btw, I am not defending Trump nor Mannafort. I am detesting the break down in the application of the rule of law.
What we see in today in action is not due process, it is inordinate jury rigged process outside the Constitution and statutes.
Intended completely to discredit a duly elected President. In my view, every citizen should object to this break down in the rule of law. We will not benefit from this disgrace.
What has been proven?has now been proven by indictments and guilty pleas.
What has been proven?
Actually nothing that required a special prosecutor. A sinful waste of money to circumvent the results of an election by inordinate legal shenanigans to discredit the duly elected President.

Every time you vainly try to defend Trump
No defense of Trump is needed. So you and Odd you should say this, knowing of no charges levied.
No defense of Trump is needed. So you won't find me doing any such foolishness.

Has the investigation concluded?![]()
