yeah, I think I've heard that from other people too (Al or Chad?).
I don't think (I certainly hope) that they'll at least keep him until the middle of the season. With Diop and Krstic seemingly gone, the question marks around Yi, who knows how consistent SWat will be, and the rookie Brook, Boone is the only big we have that we can really count on for something. I could see him moved later on, though, if the others are having good years, considering that Thorn doesn't seem to think highly of him, and he may have the lowest ceiling. He should be penciled in as a starter now, though, and I think he should be kept around, he could at least be a consistent big off the bench. He'd probably be offered the MLE at least when he's a free agent. although I wonder what we could get back for him.
