I watched the Brazil v N. Korea match today. Brazil is good. And pretty entertaining. Even without scoring a ton of goals they were attacking a lot and it created the impression that they could score at any moment. That made a difference for me, and I'm sure for other casual viewers. Plus I wanted to see if any N Korean player would smile even once. I was surprised to see emotion and even a little sportsmanship from them. The announcers said the N Korean fans in the stadium were paid actors from China. Fucking weird.

I'm contemplating get up at 6:30am for the USA game Friday morning. I believe it's being played at 9:30am ET.

The Koreans were very noble throughout the game and I didn't really expect anything else. You won't see them dive, that's for sure.

Is diving when they roll and round overreacting to being tripped, stepped on, etc...etc? I get they do it to try and get a yellow, but it's pretty disgraceful, IMO.

Exactly. It's what you guys call a 'flop' in the NBA. It's retarded and Italy are the master of it. Thankfully, England and USA don't dive much but then again Rooney and Gerrard aren't exactly saints.
