Jazz now down 21 with 7 mins to go in the game

Woo hoo! 19 point deficit for the Jazz with 5 min to go.

OKC will win no matter what.

Wow, I can't believe they thrashed the Utah Jazz, but that's what injuries will do to you.

Now let's hope Dallas loses.

Even though the Blazers lost tonight, it's not too bad since both the Jazz and Mavs lost tonight also. So we're still in 6th place in the West.

True . . . but damn I was counting on this game as win.

They got tomorrow, and splitting a back to back on the road is alright. But two losses to two teams under 500 hurts big time in this tight playoff race.

Big game tonight:

Phoenix @ Denver - Another win-win situation for us IMO. With a win tonight for us, we'll gain a game on either Phoenix or Denver. That loss against the Sixers last night hurts...

Denver about to win, but PHX got screwed royally on the last play of the game. Hill was mugged and no foul was called..ugh stupid PHX for resting Shaq on the 1st of a back to back

Holy cow! Look at us!

We are without Blake... had stretches w/o Oden and Roy... No Webster all year... the hardest 24 game start in recent memory, the youngest playing rotation in the NBA, and look where we are!

I guess the sky isn't falling after all?

GO BLAZERS! (Thanks for the updated standings Entity)

Edit - And if the refs didn't bail Denver out in 2 games in a row, we'd be half a game behind them.

Big games on Friday

San Antonio @ Philly - Philly better play as well as they did against us.
Utah @ Memphis - Miles will get his 10th game in, and Memphis will continue to lose.
New Orleans @ Cleveland - Add another L to the Hornets
Minnesota @ Phoenix - Go Wolves. It'd be big if Phoenix can tie us in the number of losses
Orlando @ LA Lakers - Should be a great game.

Philly beating the pants off San Antonio... Maybe the Sixers are actually this good.... at home ... without Elton Brand.

And Miles just played in his 10th game.

It's a good sign for Portland's playoff hopes when Dallas has the easiest schedule for a Western Conference team (.474) and is sitting in 9th about halfway through the season, while Portland has played the most difficult schedule in the Western Conference (.534) and is currently sitting in 5th.

With a N.O. loss and a Blazers win tomorrow, we move to 4th!

Magic beat the Lakers as well! Very good day for Blazer fans! Go Blazers!

Spurs, Hornets, Suns and Lakers lost. Jazz won.

1. LA Lakers | 31-7 (.795) | GB -- 0
2. Denver | 27-13 (.675) | GB -- 5

4. New Orleans | 23-13 (.639) | GB -- 6½
5. Portland | 24-15 (.615) | GB -- 7
6. Houston | 24-16 (.600) | GB -- 7½
7. Utah | 24-16 (.600) | GB -- 7½
8. Phoenix | 22-15 (.595) | GB -- 8
9. Dallas | 22-17 (.564) | GB -- 9

Calling my shot now--we win tonight, and SA, & UT do too, meaning DAL picks up a loss, as do NO, HOU and DEN. Puts us ½ game ahead of NO into 4th, 1 game back of DEN in the division.

Rofl. Phoenix and Toronto combined for 102 pts and there's still half of the second quarter left.

bad news...Dallas, Houston, and SA win. what a lovely day it will be when we lose to the bucks lol.

bucks game has become a must win since we play cavs wed

Utter bullshit. Dallas wins on a buzzer beater, then Hornets win on a buzzer beater...

Nuggets and Suns lose. the Lakers, Blazers, Hornets, Mavericks, Spurs and Hornets won.

1. LA Lakers | 32-8 (.800) | GB -- 0
2. San Antonio | 27-13 (.675) | GB -- 5
3. New Orleans | 25-13 (.658) | GB -- 6
4. Denver | 27-15 (.643) | GB -- 6

Big games tonight:

Indiana @ San Antonio
Minnesota @ Utah - I'd give the T'Wolves a good chance since they're playing well lately
Sacramento @ Denver - Denver coming off a loss last night, let's hope the Kings make it a game!
