He twisted his right ankle in the fourth quarter of the 76ers game at the Rose Garden.
X-rays came back negative and is considered a sprain. He probably won't play on it til January 7th back at home perhaps.

Source: http://www.oregonlive.com/blazers/index.ssf/2012/12/post_21.htmlWith 9:01 left in the game, Leonard injured his right ankle when he landed awkwardly after leaping for a rebound. Leonard, who writhed on the ground in pain clutching his leg for an extended time, eventually was helped off the court and into the locker by teammate Jared Jeffries. When a replay of the play that caused the injury was displayed on the big screen at the Rose Garden, the crowd released an audible groan. Leonard had X-rays taken on the his ankle after the game and Nicolas Batum told The Oregonian that Leonard told him the results revealed there is no fracture. The Blazers have labeled the injury a sprain, but Leonard will not travel with the team Sunday when it heads to New York to start a four-game trip.
