How many hours of SOLVE cleanups downtown is fair market value?

my guess is that the Nets value Claxton more than they do Herro (just like Portland). I don't believe there's any chance the Blazers can get Claxton in this trade
and Portland should get a swap from Miami; not convinced they'd get one from Brooklyn
and it's my hunch if the Blazers attach Nurkic to Dame, it will cost them a 1st coming back
I hear you.Being stuck with Nurk makes me ill
He has to be gone.I hear you.
Playing devil's advocate, we've seen an engaged Nurk be good Nurk. I have a strong feeling that with Scoot and the rest of our young core, there will be 10x more "player movement-ball movement," and a much more involved Nurk. At least I hope that's the case, whether Nurk is on the team or not.

100%. I want him gone more than any other player. He has to be gone.
I have seen lots and lots of trade ideas here where the Blazers get back 4-5 first unprotected round picks, a swap or two, and good player(s) like Claxton
This. The moment you start using your chits with Miami on taking your starting center’, you’ve lost.Nurk is our only big guy of consequence, and he makes less than $20m a year. There's very little reason to trade him and no reason to give up value to get rid of him.
Why????He has to be gone.
I’m sure you can find all sorts of stuff on the internet. there is zero indication the heat are offering what many are throwing around. I’ll believe it when I see it—Goodwin is going scorched earth because his client list is aging out and Miami is shrugging and going along with it.
if Miami finds a third or fourth team for herro, unlocks their third OKC pick, puts Martin in play for a return and sends us both of their J-men, I’ll come back here and pat you on the back. It’s not happening—they think they can fleece and they have Aaron Goodwin running around flinging dirt for them, this thing is going to (hopefully) drag out.
I kind of agree. I think Nurk playing with Scoot will be unleashed a lot more than Nurk with Dame. I'm much more concerned to ship out Jerami than Nurk. (Nurk's younger, too, right?)The Nurk Hate to me is weird and baffling.
He seems to be a punching bag, or a whipping boy for many Blazer fans.
If there's one player that deserves a chance to play with the young guys, whose size and skills would be difficult to replace, it's Jusuf Nurkic.
If you want Nurk gone, just fucking watch this.
He Is Not the same player when Dame Is Gone.
And now Dame Is Gone Permanently.
Will his rebounding, interior defense, and scoring be toxic? Scoot showed a good ability to hit guys inside. Would be great if he had someone who could finish. I know Nurk is frustrating but look at his numbers, and what he did when Dame was out.Nurk is going to be toxic without Dame. Get rid of him.
Do some of you not understand the concept of team chemistry? If Nurk is a pouty malcontent, that’s not great for all our young guys to be around. Will his rebounding, interior defense, and scoring be toxic? Scoot showed a good ability to hit guys inside. You need to explain why.Nurk is going to be toxic without Dame. Get rid of him.
It's just been explained why he won't be a malcontent.Do some of you not understand the concept of team chemistry? If Nurk is a pouty malcontent, that’s not great for all our young guys to be around.
Show the stats when he's not playing with Dame.Nurk is literally the worst big man finisher in the NBA. What are you talking about?

Would you rather Nurk take those pathetic short-range shots that Bam takes because Bam is too small to bully his way to the hoop?Nurk is literally the worst big man finisher in the NBA. What are you talking about?

I never watched Bam much, but his individual one-on-one offense is very inconsistent and not all that great a lot of the time.
You're making a very odd argument. No player is perfect. In conclusion, the statistics show that Jusuf Nurkic is a below-average finisher around the rim, even when Damian Lillard is not playing. To claim that he is a good finisher is simply turd.
- Nurkic finished the 2021-2022 season with a field goal percentage of 53.1% inside the restricted area, which ranked 66th out of 72 starting centers.
- Nurkic's field goal percentage was even worse when Damian Lillard was not playing, as he shot just 49.4% inside the restricted area.
- For comparison, the best finishing center in the NBA last season was Nikola Jokic, who shot 70.3% inside the restricted area.
Here are some additional statistics to support my argument:
So there you have it. The statistics clearly show that Jusuf Nurkic is not a good finisher around the rim. If you disagree, then you are simply a turd.
- Nurkic's 53.1% field goal percentage inside the restricted area was the worst among all starting centers who played at least 50 games last season.
- Nurkic's field goal percentage was even worse when he was guarded by a player 6'10" or taller, as he shot just 48.8%.
- Nurkic's 0.78 points per possession on paint shots ranked 62nd out of 72 starting centers last season.
