He has always held onto the ball too long. He doesn't know how to make a quick play. I thought he would have improved in his third year, but nope.... same shit. He doesn't get rid of it when the play is obviously dead, and he takes more sacks than he should.

100% agree.

I understand that Kelly is not here anymore but the offense is supposed to be the same but it is sooooooooooo much slower in just about every phase.
