Isn't Melo separated from Lala now? That was the one major reason I COULDN'T see him leaving. She was involved in producing music shows and had business in NY. I mean, if THAT's not an isue, what is truly stopping him from being shopped here? Other than maybe he hates the place and would never want to come. If we have a specific target in the draft that can be picked up with the 8th pick and we can clear some salary, then you have to look at it. If the 8th pick isn't part of the trade then forget it.

I doubt Isaac will be there at 8 but Z Collins will (should) be. Maybe NO is targeting someone we don't even think we're targeting. This is usually the case.

It doesn't really affect your point, but Pippen had like a $15 mil house in Portland. I only know that because he couldn't sell it, and eventually took a HUGE loss on it.

If Olshey does get Melo are offense would be really good. Who going get double team in line up of Dame CJ Melo Nurk Vonleh. That pretty good offense team but as some has said before the defense might struggle. But who knows the defense might be average and if that the case we will be alright. I have seen Dame and CJ and Melo play good defense but this case will they buy in that end of the court.
