Reminds me a lot about Quarterflash and Harden My Heart

Probably why I love them both so much.

I saw Seafood Mama July 4th 1980 out at Fort Vancouver back before they changed their name to Quarterflash. I still have an old 45 record of Harden My Heart I bought not long after I saw them.

I saw Seafood Mama at a tavern called Frankenstein's back in the late 70s.

The name of a classic rock and roll tribute band just popped into my head. It's called Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts. I've been trying to think of their name for about a year now and it just popped into my head. Anyhow, when I was in my early 20s I remember this young man that rented a room from my parents. The young man was one of the guitar players for the band. They were good back then but I haven't heard them since. I wonder if anyone else has heard them and if you have, are they still good?

Heard "Take it Away" by Paul McCartney this morning. GREAT pop song from 82 I believe?

Tug of war was a great album.

I have never been very spiritual but music like this really helps to center you on bad days or lift your mood further up on good ones.

You'll love this if you haven't heard it....I'm on my second copy of it after wearing the first one out.

Saw them many times around town Lanny as my wife was a huge fan. They always put on a great show. I also haven't seen them for many years as some of the originals have moved on, but watching them on you tube shows they still put on a good show. I coached a boy in little league whose dad was a keyboard player for them for awhile.

This is the only reggae band that I have any music from. I simply love the lyrics to this song.

Another song with amazing lyrics. I have a thing for song lyrics.
