Remake of Nessun dorma...No Corona !
Humorous, but what a voice.
Just found this in my suggestions.
I took a lot of flak in the 80s from my musician friends for liking and listening to Grace Jones "Slave to the rhythm" I still put that on from time to time...Will I get banned if I admit I like listening to Katy Perry's Teenage Dream Album?
IDGAF. Fight me. It rocks.
I am a fanatic for anything Neil Finn records....I love Pineapple Head and covered it for years..also learned recently to play Fall at your feet on the piano...first song I've learned to sing and play on the keyboards in ages....I always loved, "I wanna piece of.. Chocolate Cake."
I love that song...Tammy Baker man could she lose some weight! Can I have another piece of Chocolate Cake! I loved the song Italian Plastic tooI always loved, "I wanna piece of.. Chocolate Cake."
When listening to this track, close your eyes and then tell me this doesn't sound like Janis Joplin and Big Brother and the Holding Company. Zephyr featured a very young Tommy Bolin on guitar who later went on to James Gang after Joe Walsh left and then on to Deep Purple with David Coverdale and Glenn Hughes also joining.
I knew Tommy Bolin's little brother when I was a teen...he went to school with my girlfriend at the time...Tommy was playing with Albert King then I think. I saw my first real Gibson guitars at his house...an SG and a Melody Maker...never forget that...I had a mail order catalog EKO Italian strat copy that actually was like a Fender Mustang more than a strat...had only 2 pickups
Loved the Smothers Brothers show as a kid and stumbled on Jim Stafford...what a genius comedy guitar virtuoso! Enjoy!

I had that album when it came out...incredible LP...have to look it up on youtube and revisit itTommy Bolin’s best work was on Billy Cobham’s Spectrum album in my opinion. Incredible.
