His quick-leap is sad (like Slavko) but his lateral movement is solid. So much like Scola in this area.
But lets take a look at his stats that has made him a late-1st into (possibly) cracking the top-10:
17.7 PPG | 7.0 RPG | 1.2 BPG
80 FT% | 66 FG% | 25 MPG
38 PER | 71 TS% | 7.4 WS (superior advanced stats than Lillard's last year at Weber State)

The craziest thing is those per game numbers are in 25 minutes. Low minutes because of an inordinate amount of blowout wins and the ability to bring in very capable players off the bench. I like the approach Few is taking with him. Keeping him fresh for a deep run in March.
