And to answer your question, no. I still don't regret taking the chance on LMA one bit.

We had a huge $30M advantage on our side. >90% of the time that is a big enough advantage over other teams. You'd be an idiot not to take that gamble unless you have some serious, legit inside information that Olshey didn't. Sorry to break it to you Nate, but you don't have that inside information.

I'll come to Nate's defense if just for the simple reason that we both were thinking this was a good idea just for exactly what happened. When we suggested such a dastardly idea we were both vilified, lampooned and referred to psychologists for professional help. So if someone brings it up and he responds, I have no issue with that whatsoever. There were things we thought or knew that made LA leaving almost inevitable and personally, I didn't want him leaving for nothing which at the time I believe was an almost certainly.
